1 litre of water

Breakfast
1 cup muesli
1 cup calci-trim milk
1 litre of water
1 pregnancy/breastfeeding multivitamin

Morning snack
1 cup of coffee with 1 tsp of sugar and milk
2 fat-free vegan oatmeal and raisin cookies
1 litre of water
1/4 cup Italian vegetable risotto

Lunch
1 can of tomato and basil flavoured lite tuna
1 carrot
1 apple
2 tbsp lite french dressing
1 litre of water

Afternoon snacks
1.5 small full fat pumpkin muffins
2 fat free vegan oatmeal and raisin cookies
1 litre of water
2 cups of coffee, each with 1 tsp of sugar and milk
1 ryvita country grain wafer
1 tbsp marmite
1 tsp tomato relish
2 tsp lite cottage cheese
1/4 cup baby food - Italian vegetable risotto

Dinner
2 grilled organic chicken drumsticks, skin on
4 cups mesclun salad
1 truss tomato
1/4 of an orange capsicum
1 tsp chilli and garlic sauce
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup of coffee with 1 tsp of sugar and milk
1 litre of water
1 fat free vegan oatmeal and raisin cookie

Dessert
1 apple
1 pottle of flavoured low fat yoghurt
1 cup of spiced apple and chamomile tea
